With about 18 years in the Information Technology, I have a wide range of experience in Project Management, Test Management, CRM rollout, Data Conversion, Implementation, Integration and Development for the Telecommunications and Manufacturing Industries. In various roles and Client assignments, I had been involved in coordinating and implementing business technology solutions and computer applications for large, complex business systems. I bring together a broad functional knowledge in Telecommunications Industry comprising of OSS/BSS systems including Customer Care & Billing (both Prepaid & Postpaid) and CRM products with a strong system background and profound management skills and I am capable of leading international technical teams.
