Student Profile: Abdullah Al Negedan, PMP
I am 34 years old with Bachelors degree in Business Administrations and over 12 years of professional experience, my experience is in the call center field, business process outsourcing, operations management, project management and consulting. Thanks to my PMP certificate I just scored a dream job in an organization I wanted to work in for a long time, wish me luck!
Reading the PMBOK Guide is VERY important in my opinion, my references were the PMBOK Guide and Rita and I don't think I could have passed the exam without reading the PMBOK Guide.
I would recommend that student go through their references all together chapter wise (e.g. finish chapter 1 in PMBOK, do the same with Rita, then move to chapter 2 in both the books) and write down their detailed notes and then don't use the reference material again unless they wanted to double-check some information.
I would recommend they dedicate 2 weeks prior to the exam to just do PM PrepCast simulation tests "Full 4 hours simulations" and write down all their notes on the wrong AND right answers, and in the last two days they can go through their notes from the reference materials and the simulations a few times to refresh their memory as a final preparation.
